Pricing Notes:

• If copper wire is existing in unit, Reinhold will inspect and certify for $250.00.
• If the unit was previously remediated by another company, your invoice from that company will serve as proof of completion. If this invoice is not attainable, Reinhold will check all the devices to ensure the work was done correctly and remediate any still needed or incorrectly installed.
• If we find some are alumiconn and some are not. We will go through the entire unit device by device and repair or alumiconn as needed. In this situation, we charge time and material for the work.
• If box size does not meet NEC/code, the box will need to be replaced with adequate box per code.
• If a fan box is not present on an existing ceiling fan, the box will need to be replaced with an adequate box per code. 
• If GFCI is needed to meet NEC/code, a GFCI will be installed
• If alumiconns are needed at the electrical panel

• Troubleshooting of existing electrical issues is not included.

Financing:

Reinhold Electric offers financing for aluminum remediation through Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo has given us two plan options. 12 months @ 0% interest or 48 months @ 8.99% interest. You may apply for financing through our website by clicking the “Apply for Financing” button which will take you to the Wells Fargo application. Please complete the application. Afterwards, you will be notified of the amount of your approved line of credit. You may be sent a credit card through Wells Fargo. Do not use that card to pay for your Reinhold Electric invoice. Once you receive your invoice, please call the office, and a representative will enter your invoice onto your Wells Fargo account with the financing plan of your choice.
